Your photo

The NSUMade Generator creates your graphic in your web browser. Your original photo is not uploaded to us. Your finished graphic is saved or shared only when you choose to, and is sent to us only if you submit it to the NSUMade Wall.

Usage statistics

We keep anonymous daily counts of how often things happen on the site, such as graphics being finished, downloaded, or shared. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views and similar statistics.

The NSUMade Wall

Joining the Wall is optional. If you submit, we receive your finished graphic and the details you enter: your name, class year, profession, category, and, if you provide it, an email address. Approved submissions may be shown on the Wall and at NSUMade events. Your email address is not shown publicly and may be used to contact you about your submission.

We keep Wall submissions for as long as they are useful to the campaign and may remove any submission at any time.

Spam prevention

To block automated submissions, the Wall form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We also briefly keep a one-way hashed form of your network address to limit repeated submissions and usage counts.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify. Wall submissions, usage counts, and hashed network addresses are stored with Convex. Cloudflare provides the analytics and spam protection described above. These providers process information as needed to run the site.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
